Julia graduated in Social Activities from Sofia University, which contributed to her interest in human relationships. She has worked in the fields of culture and non-profit organizations — environmental, artistic, and others. She organized the first ACT Festival for Independent Theatre, as well as numerous music festivals and concerts.
She enjoys her work because she sees every event as a creative challenge. The biggest reward is the smiles on people’s faces at the end of each event. Her colleagues at Catalyst Bulgaria motivate her to continue developing her skills and to give her very best.
As an event organizer at Catalyst Bulgaria, she strives to be flexible, adaptable, and innovative in her work and in her relationships with people.
