Published on May 17, 2019

One of the big supermarket chains in Bulgaria wanted to organise a team building day in Borovets for its employees in order to increase their motivation and celebrate the successful fiscal year end.

Knowing Me Knowing You was chosen as a networking ice breaker to kick off the event which would be followed by the collaborative team building activity, Chain Reaction Table Top. For a finale during the dinner, the relaxed, engaging game of intelligent enquiry and creative word play, Curio Show, was chosen.

What went on?

People wandered around the tables inspecting strange unique and antique objects. There were items like an old object that was used in the fashion industry for hats making. There was much discussion as people set about to guess the age and value of the curios.

The program Curio Show was a perfect fit for the occasion – it was a relaxed evening of entertainment. The interior allowed for a clear presentation of the intriguing objects – the delegates had a beautiful 360 degree view of the items. Participants aimed to examine all the objects and unravel their function and their age. Curio Show stimulated discussion requiring that participants network to successfully complete the activity. There was much laughter in the room as people were telling stories about where they've seen such strange items. At the end of the dinner, the winner was announced and the audience broke into thunderous applauds.
