Yavor Tsankov

Yavor started his professional career as a literature teacher. Later on he founded and managed an advertising agency for 10 years.

Thanks to his background in advertising and teaching, Yavor developed a great mix of qualities that eventually led him to co - found and manage a team building company in Sofia. Becoming part of the Catalyst Global family in 2005 has opened up new horizons for development and has placed the company among the leading team building firms in Bulgaria.

As a result of the gained professional experience in teaching and advertising, Yavor is now one of the main facilitators of Catalyst Bulgaria's events. Yavor challenges participants to reach their highest potential through experiential, interactive and fun programs with a meaningful business outcome.
